Rachel Newman is a writer and performer who lives in New Haven, of all places.

Prior to her move, you may have seen her in New York, making you laugh with stand up comedy or indie improv team Supreme Leader, singing with friends at Joe's Pub, or in a voiceover booth near you. Rachel's writing has been seen in Refinery29 and New York Magazine's The Cut. She likes Diet Coke, breakfast burritos, and when babies and dogs meet for the first time (those confused grins!). Look for her in subterranean spaces and windowless back rooms in three out of five boroughs or on your nearest screen.
